John Jeffers has 33 years of experience in design and construction management from Coast to Coast. He graduated from Texas Tech University College of Engineering with a Bachelor of Architecture. Experience with prominent architectural firms, construction management groups, real estate liquidation houses (FDIC, RTC). Owned and managed design and construction management groups. John established Jeffers Group in 1996 with commercial clients such as Whataburger, Circle K and Texas Star chains as well as independent commercial and residential venture groups.

Parker Atkins is the President and Owner of Atkins Engineering and Project Management LLC, located just outside of San Antonio, Texas. Atkins received his engineering degree from Texas A&M University in 1986 and has been a registered Professional Engineer (under the primary discipline of Civil Engineering) in the State of Texas for over 25 years. Atkins Engineering and Project Management LLC is a licensed Engineering Firm (#12951) in the State of Texas.
Atkins is actively involved in Real Estate Development and Civil Engineering and has a strong background in Civil projects as well as Civil, residential and commercial construction. He currently assists clients with the development of Civil site plans, permitting, construction/project management, project reporting, inspections and dispute resolution. He is also actively engaged in providing full land development entitlement assistance that includes conceptual site planning, annexation, rezoning and engineering support.
